I am making a public promise to myself...no more binge eating, no more just laying on the couch. I will do atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day and try to fit more veggies into my diet. I will complete the whole 21 Day Fix with meal plan no matter what! My daughter's birthday party is less than a month away and I don't want to be the "fat" mom hiding in all the pictures.
Goal Body that I've been working for about 2 1/2 years now:
Tone and fit. Not a ridiculous dream. I can do it! Yes, I'm going to be sore. Yes, I'm going to want to quit, but I'm only hurting myself if I do. I need to put in the effort to get the results I want. Simple. As. That. There is no magic in this process. If I want to keep off the weight, I need to work for it consistently.
There is going to have to be a lot of changes in my life. Meal prep is going to be my best friend. I'm going to have to say NO to the extra chicken nuggets Eva doesn't eat. No to pizza when I don't feel like cooking. (which won't happen because I'll already have my meals done!) I'm going to have to wake up early to fit my work out in! (good thing its only 30 mins) Tuesday, May 27th is THE DAY! I'm all in and no looking back!
