What is Focus T25?
FOCUS T25 is a 10-week program split into 2 cycles—ALPHA and BETA—which each last 5 weeks. Shaun’s pulled out all the rest, so you get everything you need, nothing you don’t. The result is FOCUS T25—and the name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, and you do it 5 days a week, you WILL get results.
I have watched so many of my friends complete this program and get GREAT results. I've watched the infomercial about 4 times now. I'm ready! I want their results! I WILL get awesome results. My plan is to work out in the morning before my body and mind realizes what is going on, clean eating, and shakeology. No skipping. No over indulging.
My Why!
I want to accomplish this program to lose weight, get toned, and gain my energy back. I want to able to run around with my 3 year old. I want to tone my midsection and lose my love handles. Since I've had Eva, that has been a huge problem area. I want to look good in a swim suit this summer. I want to be HOTT for my boyfriend (I mean who doesn't? lol) Most of all I want to inspire others to feel good about themselves, get into shape, and live a healthy lifestyle!
